Auf Grund von Breitenanforderungen in unterschiedlichen Ländern wurden 2 geschlossene Wandabwicklungssystemen entwickelt. Die Anforderung einen flexiblen Messestand zu kreieren, der in unterschiedlichen Größen zum Wiedereinsatzes kommen kann sind hiermit einfach um zu sezten. Das modulare Ausstellungssystem kommt auf Messen und Ausstellungsflächen mit unterschiedlichen Größen von 20 -100 qm zum Einsatz. Sie sind so angepasst, dass sie sowohl auf einen 100 qm großen Messestand passen, ebenfalls können sie aber auch einen 20 qm großen Messestand optimal bespielen - einfach mehrfach gedacht! Neben den Kuben gibt es eine „Tiny House“ Bar. Dieses Tiny House steht unter dem Anspruch des Minimalismus. In der Mitte des Tiny Houses steht eine drei Meter lange Bar. Hier wird hochwertiger Barista Kaffee sowie nachhaltige kleine Häppchen zum Verzehr bereit gestellt. Ein fünf Meter lange Grip Tisch bildet in der Mitte des Standes eine Open Office Situation. Hier kann der Besucher in Ruhe bei einem leckeren Kaffee seine mobilen Geräte kabellos aufladen und den Komfort der Stühlen genießen. Abgehangene Glühbirnen über der Tiny House Bar und dem langen Konferenztisch sowie Spotlights in den Cubes, setzen alle drei Modulkategorien in eine bestmögliche Atmosphäre. Der Messestand steht für seine Echtheit. Die Materialien sind pur eingesetzt. Beim Rückbau des Messestandes werden 90% der Materialien wiederverwandt. Ungewöhnlich, inspirierend, award winning, sympathisch, menschlich und abslotut zuverlässig. Die Aufgabe war in einem neuen Bürogebäude diese Attribute in ein Raumkonzept zu übertragen. Zusätzlich zu dem Umstand, das der Umzug von einer kleinteiligen Bürosituation in eine große in 2 Bereiche unterteilte Fläche voll zogen wurde. Offen, das Gefühl zu haben jeden Morgen mit Spaß ins Büro zu kommen und dort eine creative und produktive Zeit zu verbringen war der Wunsch aller Beteiligten. Die Möbel, sowie alle Einbauen sind bis auf wenige Ausnahmen speziell für die Bedürfnisse der Agentur und die tägliche Nutzung von uns entwickelt, entworfen worden und umgesetzt worden. Dem Entwurf liegt ein reduzierter industrieller Charme mit farblichen Akzenten zu Grunde. Die von uns modern gestalteten Büroräume sind behutsam in das alte Gebäude integriert worden, während gleichzeitig die alte Bausubstanz berücksichtigt wurde. Dies bedeutet, dass die Möblierung und Gestaltung der offenen Räume den ehemaligen Grundriss widerspiegelt. Aus dem Garagenanbau, welcher bisher als Doppelgarage diente, wurde ein Anbau errichtet, der nun Küche, sowie Ess- und Wohnzimmer beinhaltet und miteinander verbindet. Bei der Materialwahl wurde Wert darauf gelegt, alte Elemente, wie beispielsweise Fliesen und Holzbalken, zu verwenden. Die Produktion von zeitgemäßer Swim Wear aus den Abfallprodukten der Ozeane sucht ihresgleichen. Im Shop trifft minimaler Produkt-Aufwand auf ein Beachhouse Character, das wir aus alten Gerüstbohlen gefertigt haben. Alle Möbelelemente sind gesteckt, die Stoffe aus recyceltem Material produziert. Die Steckelemente bieten einen Modularen Charakter, für uns eine Grundeigenschaft nachhaltigen Handelns, da ein redesign ohne Verwendung weiteren Materials ermöglicht wird. Der Pop Up Store wurde zu Beginn des Lockdowns entwickelt und in dieser Zeit auch umgesetzt. Daraus resultierend wurde ein neues Arbeitskonzept entwickelt das sich in Umsetzung und Raumplanung widerspiegelt. Auch bei der Entwicklung des neuen Regelwerks für die neue Arbeit bei der URW war Studio Llots federführend. Unter anderen wurden bestehende Sideboards akustisch und Designtechnisch aufgearbeitet und mit einem Mehrwert in das Raumkonzept wieder eingefüht. Möbel die aus dem Altbestand nicht mehr verwendet wurden wurden versteigert und der Ertrag wurde für einen guten Zweck gespendet. Technischen Verwaltungsgebäude Düsseldorf (TVG) - Change Prozess Das Amt für Gebäudemanagement hat eine 400 Quadratmeter große Musterfläche eingerichtet, um das neue Raumkonzept zu erproben. Das Ziel ist es, den Veränderungen in der Arbeitswelt, wie aktivitätsbasiertem Arbeiten, Desksharing, mobilem Arbeiten und Homeoffice, gerecht zu werden. Gemeinsam mit allen Stakeholdern haben wir Anforderungen und Feedback über einen Change Prozess eingesammelt. Die Outcomes dieses Prozesses wurden von uns auf der Fläche umgesetzt und so für Mitarbeitende der Stadt Düsseldorf für 6 Monate in einer Rotation der Abteileungen zur Verfügung gestellt. Es wurden auch innovative Elemente integriert, wie Besprechungskuben, grüne Wände für eine angenehme Atmosphäre und eine optimale Luftversorgung durch eine Lüftungsanlage. Sie schätzen die attraktive Inneneinrichtung, die technischen Möglichkeiten und die verbesserte Kommunikation aufgrund der offenen Struktur der Musterfläche.
